PET bottle recycling line is widely used in waste PET bottle ( like: coke bottles, mineral water bottles etc. ) and any scrap PET plastic broken into flakes. It is a crushing, cleaning, drying line. After finished, these clean flakes could be produced as fibre , straps and so on.

Equipment application : PET bottle crushing and cleaning product line is used for removing label, crushing , cleaning , drying of the waste PET bottle and so on , then make the waste plastic bottle become to high quality reproducible PET fragment . The PET fragment made by this machine can be used for PET reproducible dacron and other long fibered production or other some production related with PET . Reclamation of PET bottle not only can solve environmental protection , but also can be as a kind of new raw material resource , then relieve the problem of short of raw materials.

Working process

PET cleaning machine product line remove the label of bottle from high-efficient conveyor to label remover machine , then pick out the different colored of pet bottle ( eg : green bottle , blue bottle and other impurity ) through the plane sorting machine , then put into the crusher , then transfer the crushed bottle fragment to cold water channel ( separate the pet fragment with the bottle cap and blot residual the label paper ) , then remove the blotting , ink through the warming hot line steamer , then remove the remaining blotting through friction cleaning machine, then second cleaning by cool water , after cleaning , put into drying machine to dewater or dryer by hot wind.
